Program agreement

  1. Seller agrees to list the property with Matheson Group Realty and follow the structured pricing and marketing plan outlined below.

Guarantee

  1. If the property does not sell within the agreed timeframe and pricing strategy, Matheson Group Realty agrees to purchase the property or facilitate a purchase through its network, subject to separate written terms.
